Shipping & Handling
- All items ship from Atlanta, GA (USA) within 1-3 business days. We currently ship within the USA and Canada. Orders are shipped via USPS unless stated otherwise. Please note that once orders are placed we are unable to make adjustments to it.
Returns
- Ixora offers returns on full priced merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at hello@ixorajewelers.com for further instructions on processing your return. Please kindly note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Items must be unworn, clean, and undamaged. All items must include original packaging and are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Warranty
- Our warranty includes re-plating or repair of merchandise within 6 months of purchase. This does not include plating wear or breakage due to improper usage. Please refer to our Materials and Care guidelines to keep your pieces looking new.
Taxes
- Taxes are added according to your shipping address. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that are charged on international shipments that may apply when the product enters your country.
